Why recruit?
We have a constant waitlist of students and not enough tutors. Every tutor you recruit is a child helped. By spreading the word, you are doing a big service for low-income students in Los Angeles. If you’re reading this, we had reviewed your application and decided that we can trust you to represent Step Up Tutoring positively.
How can you recruit?
Text about Step Up Tutoring to friends and family. Send a flyer to any email lists with people that may be interested. Post about us on your Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other social media. Anything that you think could help spread the word, please do it! Your goal is simple: more volunteers.
We strongly encourage you to start outreach at your earliest convenience...ideally today! The earlier the better!
