It’s an exciting time to be at Step Up Tutoring — we’re growing quickly, and there’s a ton of opportunity to be creative. We want to see your ideas, no matter how big, come to life.

You should join our team of leaders if you have the time capacity (5+ hours a week) and want to make the world a better place. You will receive a community of advocates, letters of recommendation from our executive team, volunteer hours, and valuable experience.

P.S., These roles are highly selective and we only accept about 10-15% of applicants. We would still love to have you tutor, even if you are not selected for a Step Up team role!
